Just for today

During this past year, Glenn and I have had many wonderful life changes, not all easy to bear. We decided where we would retire and purchased that beautiful view of the lake for our future retirement home. And then there were the changes for our family.........both our sons graduated from college 2 days apart (although our daughter had beat them to it), our daughter Christina married Kris in October of 2007 and our oldest son, Ryan, married Samantha 5 weeks later. The youngest son, Nick moved in with us after graduation, got a job and moved out again. Ryan and Samantha decided to move to Littleton, Colorado to attend Denver Seminary. Nick decided to move to Littleton, Colorado,too, (August2008), and surprise, Christina and Kris decided to make us grandparents in November of 2008!!!

That's our most recent changes-but I have started this blog to keep our family connected. Even though miles separate us, our love of family, all our additions and future additions, will keep us close until we can be together again.
